At Stephen Farnan Studio, each piece is crafted with care and attention. Many of our artworks are made to order, which means some items may take a little longer to dispatch. We’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days for ready-to-ship pieces.

  • Made-to-order items may require additional time for creation — usually 1–3 weeks, depending on the artwork.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay, we’ll contact you promptly by email or phone.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We ship using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Delivery estimates (after dispatch):

    • UK & Ireland: 2–5 business days

    • Europe: 3–7 business days

    • Rest of the world: 7–40 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal or customs issues.


4. Large or Fragile Artwork

Some extra-large or fragile pieces may require special packaging or handling.
In these cases, additional shipping costs may apply — but don’t worry, we’ll contact you in advance to coordinate the best and most cost-effective delivery method.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care to package all artwork securely.
If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@stephenfarnan.com.
We’ll investigate and work with you to replace or refund the item as appropriate.
