The Problem
Recently I spent some time travelling through the Philippines, Northern Vietnam, and Chiang Mai in northern Thailand. I tend to head away for a couple of months at the start of each year, just to slow things down a bit, clear the head, and find myself again. It also gets me out of the cold weather and away from the studio, which can be a tough place to stay creative during those winter months.
Anyway, here’s a short clip from Daroctan Island in the Philippines, where I ran into a bit of an obstacle during what was meant to be a fairly straightforward stretch of sketching, chilling, and thinking.
