1. Overview
At Stephen Farnan Studio, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we make.
While returns are extremely rare, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
This policy explains how we handle returns, damaged items, and refunds.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling (which very rarely happens), please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@stephenfarnan.com with:

A brief description of the damage

A clear photo of the item
Once we receive your email, we’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
You won’t need to return the damaged piece — we’ll take care of it.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind or decide a piece isn’t quite right, that’s no problem.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
After 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
